PROJECT-SERVICE TO OTHERS

Members often find that the preparation of an application for a grant in the Project-Service to Others program takes months. The due date is set for late January each year and as that date approaches some find they are rushed and are not able to complete their applications on time.

You can forward an application to the District Project-Service To Others Committee at any time during the year. We will read your application when it is received and file it until the January date when we meet to choose the one that we recommend for forwarding to the Provincial Committee.

Begin now by downloading an application form from www.rto/ero.org or request one by phoning 1-800-361-9888. With the application form you will receive information about the kinds of projects that might be considered and a list of nine criteria used in the selection process.It’s not too soon to begin to prepare an application for 2009!!!
