Dining and Horse Racing at Georgian Downs

Get ready for another terrific Tuesday night at Georgian Downs! Georgian Downs here we come again. Come and experience all the excitement of harness racing from the climate controlled glass enclosed Clubhouse.

Our group package includes:
- A carved roast beef dinner buffet, featuring delicious hot entrees, a create your own salad station, cold seafood salads, bread, pickle and olive table, cold platters and decadent dessert choices, including a chocolate fountain!
- Non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea and pop)
- All applicable taxes and service gratuity A race program for each guest

Times:
5:30 p.m.. - seating
6:00 to 9:00 p.m. - buffet open
7:25 p.m. - post time

Location:
7485 5th Sideroad, Innisfil. (Go North on 400. Exit at Innisfil Beach Rd West. The first street North is the 5th Sideroad.)

Cost:
$22.00/person including taxes and gratuities
(subsidized by District 34)

A number of seats have been reserved to accommodate all of us in the Governors Room Clubhouse; however, please read the following and call me if there are any questions:
Tables for ‘six’ people may be reserved on the 1st level.
Tables for ‘four’ people may be reserved on the 2nd and 3rd levels.
TABLES FOR ‘TWO’ CANNOT BE RESERVED.
Seats are available for those in wheelchairs and for those who can’t climb stairs – see registration form.
On the evening of the event, Nov. 10, tables that are not reserved will be occupied on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Please make sure your registration form is complete and clearly indicates your table reservation with names if applicable.

All seats must be paid in advance, non-refundable. In order for us to properly process everything and meet the required pay date, we ask that you make sure your return is in by the specified date below. If somehow you miss the deadline return date, call me (905-773- 5814) I may have tickets from those who may have cancelled – I’ll try to accommodate all!

Complete all parts of the registration form - mail it in with your cheque A.S.A.P. or by Thursday October 22, 2009.
