Garden Seminar
On Tuesday, June 22nd, Lorraine Mennen of Pathways to Perennials will present a gardening seminar on the topic of using long season blooming plants in a low maintenance garden. She will give participants many ideas for keeping the colour in a garden all season long with tips for keeping the the work at a enjoyable and manageable level.
Those of you who attended our previous gardening seminars know that Lorraine is an excellent speaker with a broad range of knowledge about gardening and design. She is well known and respected amongst gardening and horticultural societies.
The seminar will be held at the Pathways to Perennials Garden Centre at 4681 Lloydtown/Aurora Rd. in Pottageville. To get there, go west along the Lloydtown/Aurora Rd., four km. past Highway 400 and along through Pottageville. Watch for the Pathways sign on the south side of the road. The session will begin at 1:30 p.m., but if you come earlier you can browse through the garden shop and plant displays.
