Seminar on CHATS – Community
Home Assistance to Seniors
Some of our members living at home may need help with meals and transportation.
Fortunately, there is an organization in York Region that can help. It is known as CHATS – Community Home Assistance to Seniors. CHATS provides such services as transportation, Meals on Wheels, in-home help and care, hospital-to-home transition, home medical equipment and caregiver support.
CHATS has been providing support for seniors in York Region for the past 30 years and is now expanding its services to seniors in Bradford and Georgina.
Please join us for an informative seminar on CHATS work in our local communities. Members and friends are welcome.
